Print test after add 2nd encoder for the rotation axis.
All test perform same speed 4.5m/min with different distance and location.
Printing 1 - for curve test at 5.5m
Printing 2 - for geometry test at 1.4-3.5m
Printing 3 - for geometry test at 5.5m
Printing 4 - for geometry test at 5.5m
(same as printing 3 but different location)
Printing 5 - for curve test at 2-3m
Printing 6 - for curve test at 2-3m

Test results of Geometry
Printing 2 - Approx. 2.1% error per metre
Printing 3 - Approx. 2.6% error per metre
Printing 4 - Approx. 3.3% error per metre
Test results of Print speed
The print shape performance is not correct. This may be caused by tuning of the 2nd encoder responsiveness which causes additional oscilation movement (wavey) in print line. Further tuning could improve this.
All tests performed at same speed 4.5 m/min, which has oscillation wave pattern. As per prior comment we believe this is a result of the encoder tuning.

Fanuc 15M controller.
Reason :
- Upgrade new controller
- Spare part problem
Printing 2
- At 1.4-3.5m distance print speed 4.5m/min of geometry test.
Maximum error : 704-689 = 15mm (of 700mm)
Approximately 2.1% error per metre in geometry.
Printing 3
- At 5.5m distance print speed 4.5m/min of geometry test at Location 1.
Maximum error : 708-690 = 18mm (of 700mm)
Approximately 2.6% error per metre in geometry.
Printing 4
- At 5.5m distance print speed 4.5m/min of geometry test at Location 2.
Maximum error : 604-584 = 20mm (of 600mm)
Approximately 3.3% error per metre in geometry.
Printing 5
- At 2-3m distance print speed 4.5m/min of wall segment radius curve test.
Printing 6
- At 2-3m distance print speed 4.5m/min of wall segment radius curve test.
