MAAG SH1200 ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL UPGRADE

CNC Design Pty Ltd recently completed a major electrical and mechanical upgrade for a MAAG SH1200 at Citic Heavy Industries.

We converted the machine to CNC, replaced obsolete components, and added gear measuring capabilities.

Our MAAGCut solution utilizes the latest Siemens SINUMERIK ONE CNC, the flagship of their portfolio, along with SINAMICS S120 digital drives and SIMOTICS motors for all axes. This system, with its integrated S7-1500F Safety PLC, now controls all auxiliary functions for enhanced safety and performance.

This machine is now more reliable, easier to use, and ready to serve for over a decade.
